If you do not like to be included or seen on any of our media//video materials during the trip or do not like your presence in our company’s website visual content, social media visual materials please inform us about it before your trip departure so that we can inform your Trip Leader accordingly.
USE OF PHOTO VIDEO CONTENT BY BOTH SIDES:
If you share your photo/video content from the trips with us on your open/public social media platforms we assume that we can repost it on our social media platforms with reference to source even if Trail Himalayas Pvt. Ltd. is not tagged on it by you.
Any and all our social media photo & video materials as well as photo/video content shared after the trip can be used by participants of our trips only for their personal use and for social media platforms with reference to ownership & Trail Himalayas Pvt. Ltd. name & link.
USE OF MATERIAL/WRITTEN INFORMATION & MATERIAL:
All documentation, forms and written information/content provided while booking and conducting a trip with us is our intellectual property and any use of it beside our trips can be possible only with our agreement for it.
